Title of work - Swan

How the Shapers were used:
Faith decided to experiment using Colour Shaper® with oils.

'I haven't used the shapers much for oil painting, but since you don't have any in your gallery, I will risk sending you one. It is done in Griffin Alkyds, is on a 30 x 40 x 3cms canvas.'

'I used a firm chisel to make the textures of the feathers and smooth out the sky areas. I usually use this shaper as it is the most versatile. I prefer the firm type for acryl and oil paint, and conté chalks, but find a soft pointed chisel very useful for moulding soft pastels.'
